Women in Space List

The Women in Space List is a list of all women who have been to outer space.  Outer space is defined using the The Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI’s) acceptance of Kármán line or 100km, as the boundary between the Earth’s atmosphere and outer space. NASA lowered this definition to 50 km, which purists consider the edge of space, but for inclusion, Virgin Galactic, the only suborbital company that flies under 100km, is included.
